Refund policy

A straightforward policy for small digital purchases.

If a paid report fails to unlock or the purchased service cannot be delivered because of a verified product error, contact support with the report ID and purchase email.

One-time reports

Refund requests for an undelivered or unusable $5 report should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests based only on score, ranking changes, or disagreement with automated findings are reviewed case by case.

Toolkit subscriptions

Cancel future renewals through Stripe billing. If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, contact support promptly. Except where required by law, partial-month refunds are not automatic after toolkit access has been used.

How requests are reviewed

Include the report ID, purchase email, date, and a short description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
