If an early-access report fails to unlock after submitting your email, contact support with the report link and approximate time.
Support policy
Early access is free; support is straightforward.
Reports currently unlock free by email. If an optional support payment is made through a third-party coffee link, that provider controls payment handling and refund mechanics.

Optional support payments
Coffee/support contributions are voluntary and separate from product access. Use the payment provider receipt or support flow for payment-specific questions.
How requests are reviewed
Include the report ID or link, email used to unlock, approximate date, and a short description. Never send card details or website passwords.
